Alicia is a certified group exercise, aqua aerobics, pre and post-natal instructor with a specialisation in rehabilitation and older adults training, having helped thousands of clients over the past 13 years get stronger in the water and lead more fulfilling lives. Part 1: Online Theory (Self-Paced)

Begin your certification with 14 engaging online modules (listed below) that you can complete anytime, anywhere, within 60 days. Through The Ripple Academy’s interactive platform, you’ll explore a mix of videos, text, images, and quizzes designed to make learning dynamic and practical.

Part 2: Practical Training (Online Assessment)

Instead of attending a face-to-face session, you’ll design your own aquatic fitness program with feedback from a Master Trainer. Once refined, you’ll record and submit a 30–45 minute aqua fitness class, taught entirely by you, to demonstrate your ability to apply the theory in a real-life setting. This video serves as your practical exam.
